This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/7/2017
A gold medal winner at the 1998 Winter Olympics with his native Czech Republic, Robert Lang spent parts of 16 seasons in the NHL, including 5 with Pittsburgh. This Penguins alternate set jersey was worn during Lang’s best season in 2000-01, where he finished with 80 points including 32 goals over 82 games. Size tagging is affixed to the collar including handwritten “20”, with embroidered NHL and KOHO crests on the bottom hem and back necklines respectively. Styled with an attractive Pens team crest with embroidered highlights, the solid black V-neck has been accented with textured tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with matching alternate crests over each shoulder. Game-wear includes heavy marks over the lower front and sleeves, with a small hole resulting from a board burn near the right elbow. An LOA from the Penguins organization will accompany, along with a COR from MeiGray.
