Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/21/2017
A first round draft choice by Dallas in 1997, Brenden Morrow first represented Canada on the international stage in 1999, later winning gold at the World Championships, World Cup and Winter Olympics. We have a Team Canada jersey wore by Morrow at the 2010 Winter Olympics on Feb 23rd vs Germany, and it’s been photo-matched. A label from the IIHF along with sizing sits along the collar, with an Olympic/Canada crest on the back bottom hem. Styled with an intricate maple leaf team crest, the solid red V-neck has been accented with dual-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with the Vancouver 2010 patch over the left sleeve. A Nike barcode numbered 61725 has also been heat-pressed to the inside hem. A COA from the NHLPA will accompany.
With just a few small random marks present along with a board burn with small resulting hole over the right sleeve, the jersey remains in wonderful condition. Getty Image #97005211 from Feb 23rd has been matched to the big burn/hole on the lower right sleeve.
