Comprehensive catch-all grouping of hockey-related memorabilia saved for decades by Hockey Hall of Famer Badger Bob Johnson. Keys here include the Converse game puck with descriptive from the 1972 WHCA playoffs when Wisconsin defeated North Dakota to move on to the NCAA finals and Bob's personal award featuring two wonderful NCAA medals given for Wisconsin placing fourth at the NCAA Ice Hockey Championship in 1978. Framed photos are here, one of Bob receiving his 1972-73 NCAA Championship plaque, two featuring Team USA squads from the Seventies, an 8x10" color team photo of Mark Johnson and the Miracle on Ice Olympic team from 1980 and another showing Johnson with all of Wisconsin's trophies. Included is a boxed men's silver bracelet engraved with "Robt. N. Johnson" and two postcards: one from the 1973 Worlds and another with a handwritten letter signed by IIHF Hockey Hall of Famer and Lester Patrick Award-winner Art Berglund. Rounding out the collection is a clipboard folder from the 1982 NHL Annual Congress with an agenda and a 1982 NHL press release inside and a wonderful vintage 1970's durene CCCP jersey by Athletic Knitwear numbered and crested with Russian star "Petrov" across the back shoulders. Obtained in an estate sale of personal items that had been saved by Bob Johnson and will come with a letter of provenance.
