Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2017

Wayne Gretzky’s nickname says it all: “The Great One”. The NHL and the international hockey world have never seen the likes of No. 99’s scoring prowess, either before or since his legendary career, which ended so appropriately in 1999. And no city got to see more of Gretz’s incredible skills than Edmonton, Alberta, where Wayne led the Oilers to four Stanley Cup titles in the 1980s while re-writing the NHL record book. This splendid framed display features an Oilers jersey with size XL tagging that Gretzky signed on the left breast in black marker, as well as an 8x10 photo of Wayne in action early in his career in Edmonton and two Oilers logos at the bottom. Comes with a JSA LOA.
