Anaheim’s current captain, Ryan Getzlaf has spent his entire career with the Ducks, along with representing Canada on a number of occasions including at the World Championships and Winter Olympics. We have a Western Conference All-Star Game jersey that was worn by Getzlaf during the second period in 2009, and it’s been signed. CCM size tagging sits affixed along the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Featuring a “West” team crest that’s been partially embroidered, dual-colour numbers grace the front, verso and left sleeve, with an NHLPA crest on the back bottom hem. Date patches for each year Montreal hosted the All-Star game adorn the right sleeve, with the 2009 All-Star Game patch residing just above the numbers on the left sleeve. An LOA will accompany.
A patch from MeiGray numbered F02880 is affixed to the inside hem, and according to their population report, the jersey is a "White - Western Conference All-Star (1/25/09 Period 2) - All-Star Period 2 - NHL Hockey Fights Cancer Set" With no discernible game-wear present, the garment remains in wonderful condition. Getzlaf has added a thin black marker signature to the reverse “5”, and it displays well.
