Held in historic Montreal, the 2009 NHL All-Star Game was the 57th perennial showcase of the world’s greatest hockey talent. The Western Conference took on the Eastern at the Bell Centre in front of an exceptionally large crowd of over 21,000. The boys representing the Eastern team took home the victory, outscoring their opponents 12-11 in the high scoring affair. This Western Conference jersey was worn in the first period by superstar Jonathan Toews, and it’s been signed. CCM size 58 tagging along with a Reebok name band sit along the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Featuring a twill “West” team crest that’s been partially embroidered, dual-colour numbers grace the front, verso and left sleeve, with an NHLPA crest on the back bottom hem. Date patches for each year Montreal hosted the All-Star game adorn the right sleeve, with the 2009 All-Star Game patch residing just above the numbers on the left sleeve. Wear on the solid white garment includes just a few random and tiny faint marks. Toews has added a gorgeous and flowing black marker signature to the middle of “9” on verso, and it displays extremely well. A MeiGray patch numbered F02995 sits on the inside hem, and according to their population report, the jersey is an "All-Star Period 1 - NHLPA Set / White - Western Conference All-Star (1/25/09 Period 1)" example. An LOA from the NHLPA will accompany.
