Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction February 2016
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/23/2016
The NHL was proudly celebrating the 100 year tradition of the Stanley Cup when this Detroit Red Wings jersey was worn by Jimmy Carson in 1992-93. With East Side and Maska tagging in the collar, there’s also a size 52 fly tag present, with the team stamp on the inner hem. Featuring the Stanley Cup centennial patch over the right breast, the garment also sports embroidered CCM and NHL crests on the bottom hem. Styled in attractive tackle twill with a gorgeous and clean team crest, the back letters have been sewn directly onto the jersey. Game-use includes marks on both sleeves around the elbow sections, along with board burns. There are also a few small holes on both sleeves near the cuffs.
