Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
Bobby Clarke may have been the longest-serving, but Eric Lindros was the youngest. From the personal collection of HOFer Eric Lindros, we have a plaque that was presented to the HOFer for his accomplishment of being named the youngest captain in franchise history. At 12” x 15”, the wooden plaque features a pseudo-marble finish with a gold-coloured beveled edge. A Flyers puck along with captain’s “C” and metal laurel wreaths have been affixed, with a metal plate placed along the upper section that reads “Congratulations Eric, The Youngest Captain in Flyers’ History” and “Named Captain September 6, 1994”. Wear is present in spots including along the upper left side, with additional wear to the affixed plate. A signed LOA from Eric Lindros will accompany.
