Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
A busy season for HOFer Eric Lindros, the 1991-92 campaign would begin for the superstar in Oshawa, with 31 points scored including 9 goals in 13 games before spending time with both the Canadian National Team (24 games) and the Canadian Olympic Team (8 games including a silver medal at the 1992 Winter Olympics). This Generals captain’s jersey was worn by The Big E in 1991-92. Maska Ultrafil tagging with handwritten “54” remains affixed to the collar, with an embroidered CCM patch on the back bottom hem. Accented with dual-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, the jersey also features a beautiful partially-embroidered Generals team crest. A signed LOA from Eric Lindros will accompany this desirable pre-NHL jersey.
Game-wear consists of a number of dark marks on the front section and over each sleeve, along with a team repair/reinforcement on the reverse collar, with additional threading added along the top portion. There is also a spot of blue paint transfer on the left sleeve near the elbow.
