Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction June 2025
Surrounded by high levels of hype since he first started playing junior hockey with the WHL's Regina Pats in 2020, Connor Bedard would be selected 1st overall by the Chicago Blackhawks at the 2023 NHL Entry Draft. Leading Team Canada with 23 points in 7 games played at the 2023 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship, his performance set several national and international points records, and led to his being named the event's most valuable player as Canada won the gold medal. The inaugural recipient of the IIHF Male Player of the Year award, offered here is this Team Canada jersey signed by the phenom. A Nike made offering that features brand and size “L” tagging affixed to the inner collar, the front and sleeves feature Team Canada crests while the sleeves and verso have been accented with Bedard’s number “16” in dual layer white-over-red tackle twill numerals while “Bedard” has been spelt out in single layer white letters across the affixed black twill nameplate. Remaining in new-with-tags condition, the young phenom has signed the reverse number “6” with a silver ink signature that displays without issue. Having had a AJ Sports hologram affixed below the autograph, the piece comes accompanied by a Team Canada puck also signed by Bedard with a silver marker ink signature that displays without issue and which has also had an AJ Sports hologram affixed to its reverse.
