Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction February 2025
Soon to celebrate a century in the NHL, the Chicago Black Hawks are one of the most storied clubs all-time, with their Indian head uniforms considered one of the most attractive in the NHL. Having won a total of six (6) Stanley Cup championships in their illustrious history and also laying claim to numerous Hockey Hall of Fame inductees, offered here is this collection of game-used sticks that were wielded by members of either their 2010 and/or 2013 and/or 2015 Stanley Cup Championship teams during the period of the late-2000s or early-to-mid-2010s. Including examples from names like Brian Campbell, Marcus Kruger, Dustin Byfuglien, Bryan Bickell, Ben Smith, Daniel Carcillo, Patrick Sharp, Kris Versteeg, Brent Sopel and Dave Bolland, the sticks are a mix of Warrior (Campbell and Kruger), CCM (Byfuglien, Bickell, Smith and Carcillo), Nike Bauer (Sharp and Versteeg), TPS (Sopel) and Easton (Bolland) made twigs with most displaying factory graphics/identifiers pertaining to who they were made for while retaining their original tape jobs around the handles/knobs and blades. All having been signed except for the examples of Campbell, Versteeg and Bolland with either blue, black or silver marker ink autographs that all display well for their efforts, all the autographs are found in the areas of the heel or blade tape on the forehand sides. All appearing to remain free of any cracks or breaks and remaining structurally sound for their efforts, all show game-use through things like various marks, scuffs and abrasions over throughout the shafts, heels and blades while the blade tape of each stick sports various marks as well. Additionally, some of the sticks show fraying and tears to the blade tape and some have been customized by their respective player via things like spray paining the lower shaft black.
