Four-time Stanley Cup champion Yvon Lambert was among the Montreal Canadiens alumni featuring the likes of Guy Lafleur that faced off against Wayne Gretzky’s Edmonton Oilers squad for the 2003 MegaStars outdoor game in Edmonton. Lambert has signed this retro 1945-46 style white Habs jersey he wore during the pregame warmup in the alumni game that was played prior to the Heritage Classic at Commonwealth Stadium. MeiGray NHL Game-Worn Jersey 2003-2004 Season patch with registry No. B10045 and Canadiens game-worn jersey patch with registry No. A02849 are sewn inside the rear tail. Comes with a Canadiens LOA and an 8x10 signed by Lambert.
Lambert signed in black marker at the bottom of the right “1” on the back of the jersey with size 58 flag tag in the back of the neck that has two small reddish-brown spot stains near the Vintage patch on the right breast. A Canadiens hologram sticker with No. GW52523 affixed to the bottom of the left “1” corresponds to the one affixed to the LOA. According to the MeiGray population report this jersey is a "White MegaStars - Worn in WarmUp before MegaStars game 11/22/03 - Kept by Team". Lambert has signed in bold black marker on a modern print 8x10 photo of himself in action with the Habs.
