Selected by the directorate as the "Best Forward" at the 1993 IIHF World Championships, Eric Lindros led the tournament in scoring, securing an especially impressive 17 points over 8 matches, including 11 goals. The 20-year old was also named to the “Media All-Star Team”. We have a Team Canada alternate captain’s jersey that was worn by Lindros during the tournament, and it’s been photo-matched. A sewn-down “XXL” Tackla label remains along the collar, with “Tackla” also appearing just above the right breast. Featuring custom-shortened sleeves along with sublimated graphics including team crest, nameplate and numbers, a tackle twill alternate’s “A” has also been utilized, with matching “Warsteiner” sponsorship patches over each shoulder. A few random marks are present, with a few small slits/holes present over the lower white striping band. A signed LOA from Eric Lindros will accompany.
Regarding the previously mentioned photo-matches, 5 included digital images have been matched, including 4 matched to the long black mark over the right shoulder, along with a single image matched to both the long black mark on the right shoulder, and to the blueish mark on the lower hem on the same side.
