Darryl Sittler’s Toronto Maple Leafs puck from the NHL Goal Puck program is from a goal the Hall of Fame center scored in a 4-2 loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins at Maple Leaf Gardens on November 22, 1973. The NHL Goal Puck label affixed to one side of the puck displays Sittler’s name, “Toronto Maple Leafs” for his team, the date of the game, “Nov, 22, 1973”, and the No. code “TML-2-069” that means that Sittler’s goal was the Maple Leafs’ 69th goal of the 1973-74 season, which was the second season of the NHL Goal Puck program. Also included are four 1973-83 Viceroy NHL official game pucks that feature two Washington Capitals pucks, a Minnesota North Stars puck and a St. Louis Blues puck.
There is crazing to the rubberized Maple Leafs crest on Sittler's goal puck.
