This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/27/2018
Issued over a pair of seasons during the height of the Original Six era in the mid-to-late-1950s, we have a collection of unused Dixon pencils numbering 12 and featuring the Toronto Maple Leafs. Produced in Newmarket Ontario, 19 different players were issued for the Maple Leafs, with examples present for Duff, Smith, Balfour, Aldcorn, James, Sloan, Reaume, Chadwick, Morrison, Pulford and the Cullen brothers. Each pencil remains unused/unsharpened, with some toning to a few examples along with some minor darkening of the erasers. Rarely offered in quantity, this collection will appeal to any Leafs collector.
