Another wonderful mixed bag lot, we have a number of desirable items that are always on the radar of collectors. Included in this neat lot, we have early Beliveau flipbooks, a complete set of Steinberg glasses, Pro Hockey Tips Super 8MM cartridges (8) and viewer, 1967-68 Vistavue Montreal Canadiens viewer, Provigo figurines, buttons, a 1975-76 Hockey Heroes Sportstrophie of Bobby Orr and a pair of collectible dolls, including the early-1970s Regal Bobby Orr example along with the Mattel Wayne Gretzky “99” doll from the early-1980s. The glasses and dolls have expected wear with some cracking to a few glasses, while the Orr doll remains nicely sealed with light wear to the box, with the Gretzky box exhibiting a tear with wear along the bottom flap.
The Steinberg glasses number 12, and they constitute a complete set, with some cracking/chipping to a few including Beliveau, while the 1967-68 Vistavue Montreal Canadiens viewer has light wear and comes in it’s original box. The early-1970s Pro Hockey Tips Super 8MM Film viewer also comes in its original box, with 8 sealed cartridges including Cournoyer, P. Esposito, Park and Henderson. The Provigo figurines set of 13 are all still sealed in the original packaging with labels, while the buttons total 20, with baseball examples from the Expos including Carter, Cromartie, Dawson, and Oliver, along with examples for the 1985 World Series and 1982 All-Star game (2). The hockey buttons are all matching, with 10 Montréal Canadiens pins that picture the forum along with the Stanley Cup. The Jean Beliveau 1948-51 Quebec Citadelles Everpoints Flip-Books (2) remain in good condition. We also have a 1976 old timers picture that features a number of past NHL stars and HOFers, including Lindsay, Stewart, Gadsby, Abel and others.
