Low on star power but high on condition attributes is this gathering of 1975-76 O-Pee-Chee cards, with just ten examples not making it to NM-MT 8. Three dozen are the condition leaders, being deemed worthy of MINT 9 status at PSA. A couple of 50-goal scorers, Vic Hadfield and Jean Pronovost, along with five goalies seem most noteworthy, while four of the group have (OC) qualifiers, including team photo/checklist cards of #83-Buffalo and 88-Kansas City. A single NM-MT+ 8.5 representative is 161-Rombough and then there are 69 slabbed NM-MT 8, one of them being a K.C. Scouts duplicate. Highlights are led by Bobby Orr's All-Star card (#288) and include 64-Gare RC, 150-Sittler, 222-Sather, 223-Tremblay RC UER, 240-T. Esposito, 258-Lemaire, 287-Potvin All-Star, 328-Maple Leafs Leaders and 372-Billy Smith, as well as four of the six with qualifiers; 37-Middleton, 50-Mahovlich, 210-Scoring Leaders (Orr/Esposito/Dionne) and the last card - Harold Snepsts' RC, also (OC) like the other three. Completing are eight NM 7s and two duplicates; 50-Mahovlich and 83-Sabres CL. .....As for the MINT 9s, the numbers are as follows: 12, 13, 28, 42, 56, 60, 72, 74, 113, 118, 121-Desjardins, 125, 135, 137, 138, 152, 156, 165-Hadfield, 174, 188, 191, 207, 219-Rutherford, 224, 227-Inness RC, 232-Belhumeur, 235, 247, 280-Pronovost, 316, 333 and 355-Stephenson. Minimal scratches to the holders (we only spot one with obvious scratches) are to mention, along with...."several possibilities with these high grade cards".
