The premier hockey and lacrosse player during the first decades of the 20th century, Newsy Lalonde was a Stanley Cup champion with the Montreal Canadiens in 1916 and served as the National Hockey League's scoring champion in both 1918–19 and 1920–21. The 1950 Hockey Hall of Fame inductee is pictured during his youth with the Montreal Canadiens on this coveted 1911-12 Imperial Tobacco C55 card which has been graded EX 5 by PSA. Exhibiting light corner wear, there is a blemish on the reverse of the card.
